I figured it out.Remember that glowing block you used to kill that sea urchin?You use that block to kill the upper Rip van Fish afterwards. Then you can progress normally.If you don't see what I mean, feel free to post on my channel for clarification.

It is kinda tough, I can't remember how I did it other than perseverence and being on edge constantly. xDWhat I mean is just keep your reactions alert and do whatever it takes to dodge those bullets.

Ha! You say your turn is coming up soon. Do you realize it took 6 months to get the first 8 levels done? Plus I had to reformat my computer so I have to reobtain the game so that I can continue it.
