It's funny how many people comment on Derren's videos and believe it's actually real lol. If you do a little research, Derren admits his tricks aren't real and are just for good television because there'll be fools that believe this crap.

a technique called "rapport"Darren bangs on the "Win"dow and claims this is the dog you are looking for. The woman catches the attention from the bang and she subconsciously thinks of the window. The word "win" in window matches with this is the dog you are looking for and therefore tricks her into paying.

Good point Graid.Just wondering, what type of NLP tricks is he using? Guessing that the banging on the wall at the counter must be some signal that emphasizes the way Derren says: "This is the dog you are looking for." So, they sub-conciously add two and two together and accidentally pay out, amirite?
